Morning Prayer of the Church

In St. Hugh's Church

       Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday at 9.15am (immediately before the 9.30am Mass)

          

 Living Waters Prayer Group  

The Living Waters Prayer Group meets every Monday (except bank holidays) at the Chapel of St John the Baptist from 8.00 pm to 10.00pm. All are welcome to this informal group worship whose primary purpose is to praise and worship God under the guidance of the Holy Spirt. A second purpose is, through sharing Scripture, experience and charismatic gifts, to deepen our faith and build up the body of Christ.

Mothers’ Prayers  

Mothers Prayers was formed to help those mothers who wished to pray together for their children and grandchildren and to find the support they needed. It began in England in 1995 and quickly spread around the world. It has the support and blessing of Christian leaders of all Denominations.

One Parish Group meets every second Wednesday in church at approximately 8.00pm. Newcomers always welcome. For more information about this, please contact Marion Evans, Tel. 0161 962 1868. Carmelite Prayer Group

This meets on the 4th Sunday of the month from 2.00-4.00pm in St Hugh's church porch.  Although it is mainly for members of the Secular Order of Discalced Carmelites (OCDS) – men and women who feel called to integrate prayer and daily life within the spirit of Carmel - visitors are always welcome without obligation.
